Have you ever had a waterproof book? I had one years ago and I thought it was pretty neat. I think more books should be waterproof. I had never even dreamed of a waterproof note pad. I love note pads. Who doesn't?
Introducing AquaNotes, a one of a kind note pad which allows you to jot down your thoughts in the shower. I don't know about you, but my family never thinks to tell me they need shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or pretty much anything else until I have just been to the store. Then they say "Oh, I'm out of fill-in-the-blank." I will encourage them to use our AquaNotes to write these things down while they are in the shower. Then I can just rip out the page and take it to the store!
I also tend to think of things I need to remember while I am in the shower. I guess it is because there are usually no distractions in there. (We have 5 kids and a puppy, so even the shower is not a distraction free zone.) Now I can write down my shower thoughts instead of letting them wash down the drain.
We have AquaNotes hanging in our shower. I wrote a test note on our note pad and it was fine. Even though the pad and the pencil were wet, they worked like any old dry notebook. Pretty amazing. The pencil can be a little slippery, but not bad enough to drop it. I even managed to write legibly. Since I needed to run a thorough test I also used the eraser. To be honest I didn't expect the eraser to work since it was wet and the paper was wet. I figured if it did work it would tear a hole in the paper. Much to my surprise it worked and there was no hole in the paper. I was even able to rewrite in the same spot! Go-Go-Gadget-AquaNotes!
We have quite a few boaters in our family, and I know they will enjoy using these as well.
I asked Mark and LeAnn, the proud parents of AquaNotes to allow me to do a review and giveaway of their new product. They agreed and I'm so happy to get to share it will all of you.

The AquaNotes can also be useful in the rain...I love the rain (another advertising tip for loons like me)!
ReplyDeleteI walk in misty mornings, and love breezy summer beach hikes near Lake Erie in Ohio! The AquaNotes would be a very great item to take along!

We polled our six family members. The first two would jot down their great ideas in the shower. Three others are more artisitc/emotional and would use them for art work or to leave encouraing notes. The last would use it to make out grocery lists and to-do lists for themselves and thier hubby. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteIf the product isn't good enough the way it is, I was pleased to see the paper is recyclable and non-toxic.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds awesome. My 12 yr old uses my shower, as does my husband, so I could leave them silly notes to find. I love this idea!!
ReplyDeleteI love the eco-friendly materials that's waterproof. so cute for writing cute notes...

I like the regular aqua notes. It's kind of a brilliant idea because I'm constantly running what I need to do that day through my mind in the shower. I'd love to see some new designs added though, maybe some color and pattern.

Something everyone should know - not unreasonably priced!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous idea. I love that they are made from recycled paper and soy ink. With these, no more important ideas down the drain in the shower.
ReplyDeletejudy(dot)greenberg(at)gmail(dot)com
aww the even have aqua LoveNotes
ReplyDeletethese would be great for outside workers
This is a really inspiring product, I work a lot in the field, and when it rains (which happens a lot to me), I hate it when the papers got wet crumply, and everything I wrote disappear!
ReplyDeleteI love the regular notes, but making in various shapes, size, and colors, maybe some have gridlines, etc will appeal to larger consumers.

Wow. Love the idea of this product. Always have those ideas that leave my head by the time I am out of the shower. As a standup comic this is perfect for me. Great gift idea also
ReplyDeleteLove the fact the paper is recyclable and non-toxic. The water proofing is a great bonus!

I adored reading about the company's founder who reunited with a long-lost love. They married, and they lived soggy-note free ever-after. Amen.
